am honored and excited to take the reins of this incredible company and grateful for the Board’s unanimous vote of confidence in me as the new President and CEO of Taylors international Services, Inc.
First, above all, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the founders of Taylors, Mr. and Mrs. G.T. Darce, who have chosen to retire at the end of 2019. Our outgoing CEO, “Butch” Darce, will continue to be a presence at Taylors as an advisor and a member of the Board.
Taylors has never been better positioned for success. Change forces adaptation that can be stewarded by effective leadership. My intention as the new President and CEO is to promote, encourage and facilitate advancement in the areas in which we excel and make those necessary changes to eliminate any deficiencies within our organization.
In the last 23 years since our founding, Taylors experienced extraordinary growth to become a worldwide company offering remote site solutions with over 2,100 personnel supporting thousands of customers each day at our client’s facilities in the U.S., Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Asia at some of the most challenging remote operations in the world. This expansion was made possible through the dedication and hard work of each member of the Taylors team.
I joined the Taylors Team in 2010 as the Chief Commercial Officer, tasked to lead global strategy, business development and innovation across industries around the globe. For the last 10 years, as a member of Taylors Executive Leadership Team, my multi-cultural career journey has been an incredible ride, growing and positioning Taylors as an industry leader.
I have a clarity of purpose and sense of mission to steer Taylors into the future. Together, we will diligently work to generate new value, reinforce the competitiveness of each sector we serve, and enhance value over long-term by drawing on Taylors unique array of diversity and rapid response to remote site solutions.
The expertise and drive of our employees is what characterizes Taylors. Our success can be attributed to a wholehearted commitment to our core values which consists of our personal touch on service, dedication to customer satisfaction, staunch commitment to quality, and the value we put on relationships with clients and our Taylors Team. We are proud of our past accomplishments and commercial momentum – we are hungry to do more. Collectively, our team will continuously improve to build Taylors into a world-class company.
