Taylors International Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Peter Frugé as chief financial officer (CFO), effective March 15, 2020.  Peter will report directly to Mr. Tarik K. Masri, president and CEO.

Peter joined Taylors in 2015 and has been serving as global corporate controller (GCC), working directly for the recently retired CFO, Jamie Tarpley.  As Taylors’ global corporate controller, Peter was responsible for the company’s accounting and financial functions, including: oversight of the international and domestic accounting departments; financial and management reporting; debt compliance; liaising with external auditors and governmental agencies; preparation of required reporting for cost reimbursable contracts; and, coordination with operational divisions to prepare annual budgets and maintain contract compliance.

Peter has more than 40 years of accounting and financial experience and has held senior management roles with both publicly traded and private companies.  In addition to his duties at Taylors, he has had responsibilities in the areas of SEC and international reporting, forecasting, treasury, and debt relationships.

About Peter Frugé

Fruge is a certified public accountant (CPA), holds both Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  He is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants.

During his spare time, Peter enjoys exercise and outdoor activities.  He is a proud husband whose wife is also a CPA. Their two children are in the midst of their own professional careers.

Peter, and all of Taylors, would like to congratulate Jamie Tarpley on his recent retirement and thank him for his decades of dedication and contributions to the financial growth and success of Taylors.  Mr. Tarpley will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors.
