Founded in 1996 in Lafayette, Louisiana, Taylors International Services, Inc. began as a small offshore catering company focused on serving the Gulf of Mexico region.

Right from the start, the experienced management team at Taylors recognized the incredible potential for expanding catering and support services in this dynamic sector of the offshore oil & gas industry. Through hard work, foresight and an unwavering commitment to quality, Taylors has since grown to become an industry leader – providing catering and support services to clients worldwide.

In 2005, Taylors took another major step forward by organizing Phoenix Hospitality Management. This venture united the resources for both offshore and land-based catering services. As a result, Taylors and Phoenix are now providing world-class catering and support services to more than 100 well-known clients in the oil & gas industry – as well as a wide range of land-based companies.
