Considering the company, which focuses — but not exclusively — on providing catering services to offshore companies and employs 1,500, grew 110 percent in 2014 and leapt to No. 15 on ABiz’s Top 50 Private Companies list, “normal” will need to be re-calibrated. So here goes: In a $50-per-barrel market, normal is phenomenal.
